Dec 13th 2010 2:52AM Missed that part Starla. Had to re-read. So if it happened last December and now filed in court it means Mc's refused to settle out of court for some reason. I would further say the chick is long gone and they have proof the complainant was not so nice. She went to the police the next morning and probably Mc's received notice soon after so they have the tape. They got something on her otherwise it wouldn't be filed in court a year later. Mc's is ready for a serious defense and I bet the chick was fired soon after.

Dec 13th 2010 2:44AM Oh man. I would sue that goes without say, but this person is incredible. They are rude and she still goes on to order and doesn't drive off? Would any person in there right mine persist on ordering from such an establishment? I doubt very much the complainant was so nice and didn't get hostile herself. Doubt she was just spit in her face. Bet they spit in her food too. Where was the harm? Does the cashier have AIDS and you are now in danger? TB? Herpes? The chick needs to be fired no doubt and some compensation should be given (very, very little. $100.00 bucks or the equivalent in coupons for free meals upwards of 100 bucks AND NOT MORE.) She's lying. She wasn't that nice to the cashier either. Worked the graveyard shift at Mc's many moons ago and I remember those people coming at that time and we wouldn't spit in there face, but the guys cooking would spit in there food!

Parents can afford to buy pants and maybe a little larger to save a few bucks so they don't outgrow them in a few months. They can afford a belt to keep the pants up! I would bust my kids arse if he dressed in that manner!

Sep 15th 2010 1:39PM I agree to some degree some school policies are ridiculous, but I think this is a bit extreme. I can understand piercings not being allowed for one reason. If the kid gets into a fight with piercings all over the place "Yank!" But this kid has a little stud on her nose. Do I think her religion is beyond wacky and makes scientologists look almost normal. Yes. But to Ariana. I too was a victim of child abuse and I didn't need a stud on my nose to help me move forward. Want to get over it? Make a good life for yourself and see a therapist.
