They use instent replay in football why not in baseball and have the umps use it and confir as to
if a call get's overturned .

So I watch at home and the cost a family can't even go as an outing anymore in any of the new parks. It is so sad...don't want to go into debt taking the kids to a ballgame.

The last time I sat in Yankee stadium I had bleacher seats for twentyfive dollars way in up .
Alsmost got a ball though . It was about a section away from me. That was the old stadiumn, I don't think I will get to the new stediumn it is just sad...
I might get to the the new mets as my kids are mets fans but that is still pricely...

Oct 30th 2009 10:42PM It is not hard as much as you would like to scan everything frist and then pack but the machiene makes you scan and
then bag one Item so people don't get it.
The screen does tell you what to do but that isn't how you'd
scan if you were a cashier. You'd have a place a belt area
for your items and you then can bag scan frist than bag.

Oct 30th 2009 10:28PM It depends if I have cash on hand and I only have a few items I will self scan as I was a casheir going through college. So I know how to scan , the issue is that the way the machine is programed it doesn't allow for you to scan quickly YOU HAVE TO SCAN ONE ITEM BAG WHICH TAKES LONG IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF ITEMS.
and it is anoying , although I was surprised I could pay by check too one day I didn' t have enough cash. Do I think it takes jobs away absolutlely but sometimes the cashiers are not trained or don't even want to bag and are not good to you. Or they just take too long. I have a busy scedual with soccer and other activites so I hate long lines and I have self scaned ,THE SYSTEM COULD USE AN UPGRADE.

To contiune to drive with a headache is something she should have not done.

If that vodka bottle was left in the car from another time. We just don't know . who would openly drink a vodka bottle and drive on a highway ? With a van full of kids seams absured.

Oct 23rd 2009 2:42PM No one should drive if they have been drinking espessially with children in the car or van.

I am still not so sure in diane S. case that she was drunk... complained about a severe headeache , I had withnessed one of those headaches my friend had and I said this is something that needs medical attention but my friend was stuborn and didn't go until the next day.

How many of us drive overtired I did a 90 mile trip without adaquate sleep and don't know how I made it home that day should have found a holtel the next time I made sure I had enough rest to get home safely. Not sure how imparid I was Traffic was little and I had made good time.
It had taken me a lot longer to get stuff organized to go home the frist time and the sencond time I had a good system and got a good nights sleep.

Oct 23rd 2009 2:27PM I think it is good to air this story but I am also wondering when the blood gas was done on Diane Shouler? If she had to be put on life support system some of the meds can look like that when tested. A nurse friend stated.
We think this happened to a friend of mine . She died from what i think was known as a Psudo Clebri Tummor or known as false tummor it is a rutpure in the optic disk nerve i believe it causes brain swelling. Severe headaches and Diane complained to her brother of having severe headache, the vodka bottle in the car wouldn't her husband have noticed it before she left? The Pot could have been to relaive the severe headache.Maybe she didn't mention the headaches to her husband thinking they were just migranes. We at frist thought it was a migranine issue because they would come and go but were intesifying.
When the blood gas was done ( which I believe was not done right by a paramedic or tech who came to the house) she had already been given the musle relaxing drugs so they can intebate and put her on the ventelator. When the autospy came back the swelling in the brain was noted and a kidney issue (again the kidney thing is related to psudo celbri dx that the doctors and the cronnor had missed) Her husband never reopened it for investigation.
The issue that made me wonder is they said her blood achool level was three times the leagal limit and she would not have drank any achoolic bevreage because she was breastfeeding her eight month old at the time. She was always making sure nothing could harm her child she had recently swithed pharmacities so to make sure that the book about what medications crossed over in the milk could be read to her she had maclerdergenration due to being exposed to mealses in urtro as a baby.
I am not a physician but I am wondering if there is someting in Pseudo Celbri tummor dx because of the poor kidney issue that makes a paitent look like they consumed achool at a high rate maybe the way it is fuctioning during getting the headaches my friend had them for two months before she died and her vision beacame worse (what she had had left from Maclurar degenration had gotten more fuzzy) and she said she related this to her doctors and no one picked up on the pusedo celbri tummor went to two hospitals.
Her brother and her husband would know what kind of drinker she was and if she had a drinking issue. I think it is too soon because the leagal aspects of this case hasn't been taken care of as of yet. Maybe in December before the x mass holiday but people drink alot in november going to thanksgiving dinner

Oct 23rd 2009 12:37PM I have two boys with aspergers it is more than just social awkwardness it effects how they learn and how the meet everday of their lives . Each child is affected difrently and uniqely but some things are the same for them. As for John his religion prevented him from doing so. I don't know why it does see it as a problem. I am not a scientlologist but John Travolta was most likely raised a catholic growing up in New York and converted to it. No one should be ashamed of Autism they are finding out that even servely autistics are very intellectual. The sesizure disorder is the issue and I don't think it can always be managed by medications. Not all autistic kids have seizures his did .
