I can't imagine the frustration and pain that this man was going through. THANKS to that incredible pilot who was kind enough to take the time out of his busy day and schedule to help him and care enough. SHAME on the people in that line who showed no empathy. You are the kind of people that make everyone look bad.
Thanks to the airline as well for having such a caring pilot working for them. What a great story. It warms my heart to know that there are some good people left in our decaying world.....
