Mar 14th 2009 4:10PM I managed to spill half a cup of coffee in my laptop. My good friend is an IT dude. He told me the first step is to unplug the laptop and remove the battery. I handed it over to him. He took the entire computer apart and cleaned it with a cotton swab and isopropal alchohol. I think it may be a better idea to use alchohol because it dries faster.
