Feb 22nd 2009 10:18AM Wow- just about all the comments so far have been SPAM for quick remedies....any of you believe this stuff? Really, the way to stop snoring is to 1) lose weight; 2) make sure you are being treated for allergies; 3) consider seeing your doctor to determine if you have sleep apnea- millions of people are now using CPAP machines which not only stop the snoring but actually enable you to have better, healthier sleep. The newer versions consist of nasal "pillows" and are much easier and more comfortable to use than the old masks; 4) Lose weight! 5) Do not consider surgery unless you have a specific anatomical problem- those "uvulectomies" and soft palate procedures have really not worked that well.

Feb 15th 2009 11:57AM Even though David Pia is spamming the comments section a bit, I have to agree the SEBO is by far the best one we tried- we have noticed it being used in hotels everywhere. Dyson is an expensive piece of plastic. The SEBO is amazing, truly incredible engineering, works fantastic. The darn thing actually makes vacuuming FUN, can you believe that....?
