Jun 2nd 2010 8:29PM What a tragedy! When a parent loses a child the horror and the pain cannot be expressed in words. May time and the caring of friends and family ease the unspeakable pain that the Koppel's must feel at this time. My heart is saddened by their loss. As a nurse I have seen alcohol toxicity in the emergency room. Many don't realize it can be fatal. If this is the cause of this young person's death, may many learn from it.

How did I miss it? I really like Paula Deen and her sons. Looks like I'm in the minority here. Until I'm proven how bad she is, I'll continue in my own little world of admiring her.

Tiger Woods is a giant golfer. Simple! That's what he is. What goes on outside of his golf game is his choice. I care not a whit!! Garbage Men Find Wedding Ring, Save Husband's Hide {Asylum}

Nov 15th 2009 7:38AM My two year old son was missing!! The neighbors were looking for him. The police were called. This frantic mother was hysterical He had just been on the carport, and now he was gone. In all the chaos I noticed the garbage truck. It had been in our neighborhood prior to John's disappearance. Strange that it had gone to several houses and the church on the road by the pastures, and instead of going further, it turned around. In my frantic mode I noticed it, but the thought didn't penetrate until the truck returned to my street and rolled to a stop at my driveway. My cotton-haired, blue-eyed little live-wire was seen standing on the front seat next to our garbage man grinning from ear to ear. He was King of the Hill, Master of All riding in such a big truck. The garbage man lifted him down to me and told me he had seen him at the church and knew "He wasn't there to say his prayers." Garbage collectors return the most precious things.

All this political correctness is getting to be a pain more then anything else. Life is hard enough, with many deadlines to meet, bills to pay, family to care for and God know all the other things that goes into keeping my head above water. Give me the chicken and keep your righthous indignation and poor, poor pitiful me to yourself. It just doesn't fly anymore!!!
