Jul 2nd 2012 7:28PM To put a stipulation that if you have automatic debit or checking account withdrawal of monies out of your bank for your loan they the bank will give you a lower interest rate, well this is not federal mandate. Those bozo's are trying to dictate to the buyer you have to bow down and roll over before you can recieve a loan even though alot of their money they recieve is from the federal government one way or the other. I say NO. Don't listen to any banker who advises you of this ploy it's illegal. To get a lower interest rate you are not obligated to sell your soul in order to get it. Shop elsewhere. There are banks that welcome first time home owners that will treat you in a fair and just manner. Wells fargo and bank of america i personally wouldn't deal with them as they have faltered and needed the government to lift them up by the seat of their pants in order to survive as they made bad bussiness choices. End of story.

Auditors should be appointed and check and make sure no fraud has been committed by anyone. Too much illegal activity is going on in the banking world and it's the tax payer's expense. Stop these thieves in their tracks and throw em into federal prison where they belong !

Why do people want to read about a woman who likes younger boys anyways? The hulkster on his darkest day could mop that little punk all over the floor. The hulkster isn't washed up just quite yet. He has some piss and vinegar still to give to those who want it......Yeah he lost some dough but never fear, there's more where that came from and it doesn't belong to a gold digger like linda and her boy toy tag along.

Totally ther is something missing in this little battle of wrestler versus blondie. Sorry but i dont buy her story. Now she has a book out and people will eat it up and make her rich off of this public mockery of the hulkster. People who do that sort of behavior must feel no self worth in them selves and want others to fall. I say have a positive attitude about life and things will all fit togeather eventually. But remember its not up to you decide if its ok to remarry a ex spouse or not its the couple who have the final word. Some people mature and realize their errors of their ways and mend their relationship with a lost love one and like a miracle they are happy and content. Some people never forgive or forget and live their lives in the past and go no where. Best policy is to forgive ,and forget. If there is a possiblitlity of a reconciliation between two people then let it be so. People change and mature and they love more then when they were young and foolish. God works miracles if you truely believe ! ;)
