Dec 28th 2009 12:05AM Yes Oprah has done much good for this world.She does not just talk about it she usually sees that it does happen.I said usually because my children have emailed her a few times over the years and they got no responce.They were let down and I told them she does help people.That is when they told me they are trying to get help for me.I am a single Dad with twin Daughters who are the greatest.I have some serious health issues and they were trying to get help for that and also someone to somehow help run the house as when I do this,a simple cleaning of a couple of rooms knocks me out for days.If anyone knows how I can get this type of help please contact me.Thank you and God Bless
