I can imagine once this HC package is fully implemented that ER's will be filled with overweight Americans who have no desire to improve their lot, and would like a pill to make them healthy again, all the while still eating fast food supersized government paid for meals.

Remember this. All major problems that have happened to this country starting back to the 1800's can be attributed directly to incompetant government.
