Sep 12th 2008 1:23AM From my experiences, I'd say all that nasty stuff you said about drivers, attitudes, corruption, and such, are all in Illinois. From my experiences, the worst drivers in North America are in Illinois, the most imatient drivers are in Illinois, the worst personal attitudes are in Illinois (in DuPage County, located just west of Chicago, locals literally carry a zero tolerance attitude towards non neighbors and have a massive history of calling police and getting one in trouble for merely riding past on a bicycle!), the worst corruption is in Illinois; in fact, Illinois was just ranked 51st place for services for people with disabilities! (out of 50 states plus the District of Columbia.)

Sep 12th 2008 1:10AM New Jersey? Most stressed state? I have been to New Jersey (Newark) before and nobody seemed stressed out and quite a few people even seemed quite friendly and open to me. I'd say, in my opinion, that the most stressed out state is Illinois.
