Aug 2nd 2008 4:06PM I think as women get older there are statements made about us being crabby, cranky. I again am reminded of so many that live their lives with a purpose and gusto. These are the women I wish to mirror. If I'm complaining about something, then there's either something I haven't done or someone that I haven't talked to honestly. Quick fix wasn't in that statement. Probably the best movie and best CD's I ever purchased were "the Secret". It's a must for the BEST woman you can be thing and daily affirmation script. I listen to it repeatedly in the car. Who you are is all in your! thinking!THe power of attraction, not demand or negative statements. Want it! DREAM IT, WRITE IT DOWN AND DO SOMETHING No one will do it for you>

Aug 21st 2006 10:08PM I've been a coffeefreak from way back. Had to stop the caffeine due to the jitters, hypoglycemia, migraines and colitis. When I quit I got some major headaches during the detox. All of my list is gone except for occasional colitis flare ups. When your young you're invincible and won't give up for any reason. When you start getting the effects of stuff from years of abuse, then you LISTEN to what you mother told you over and over. These ?experts? are getting paid, what would you say if you got paid for a report that no one could pin you for? Get a life or keep living life from stupid studies, I don't really care.........
