Feb 1st 2012 11:44PM wow you can tell who doesn't discipline their child and lets them run around everywhere kick and screaming by just glancing through these comments. Let me tell you, I don't have any children. But I raised my younger brother cuz my parents were working all the time. And he was a brat. But the second he kicked and screamed, I told him how hurtful these things were to others. I taught him to be considerate. Once he understood, he never did it again. It's easy. Just talk to your children, and don't let them run around yelling. Be considerate and your children will be too. Lead by example. Obviously this Brits don't give a dam about with their neighbors think of their daughter's noise, so why should she?
