Back when being a lawyer was an honorable profession, cases like this were not only laughed out of court, lawyers who brought these to court were fined or disbarred. yes this is a school decison for now, but it comes from decades of liberal lawyers demanding frivilous things through the courts so that conservatives have no point but to demand that laws being stringent. Decades ago, this child would have spent MAYBE 1 day in detention. Maybe. I hope you liberals are happy.....

When that happens (you get saved) you will WANT to be more like Jesus and avoid (run away) from sin. That doesnt mean you will succeed since we are all human and fail. BUT you will want to avoid sin, which includes homosexuality. So those who were involved in the gay lifestyle WILL go to heaven if the accept Jesus. Those who deliberately continue in sin have shown that they have NOT accepted Jesus and are not saved...which means no heaven. Its really simple.
