Jul 29th 2010 7:40PM HOA's take the flavor out of neighborhood living. Sure, maybe everybody's lawns are manicured, but then what? It's like your living in The Truman Show. My neighborhood is almost as bad; we don't have an HOA, but the city just instated an ordinance that says that the street facing side of the house has to be 100% brick and mortar. Seriously, who gives these people the right to tell you what to do with your own property, especially when you pay the taxes?

Jul 29th 2010 7:33PM The "more palatable $350-per-month lease" comment makes me question your legitimacy as a car enthusiast. It's an understood idea that leases are one of the worst decisions you can make when shopping for a car.

Also: I don't like it when people say that "people want hybrids". Sure, I will agree that there is a market for green tech, but people tend to forget (or maybe ignore, I'm not sure) the fact that the market for "cool" cars is just as booming. I'm tired of being regulated and incentivized into shopping for this kind of car.
