Dec 13th 2011 1:24PM I've been saying this for 2 yrs now. Instead of short sales, they sould just reduce the principal. It is basically the same except that you already have a buyer - the current homeowner. The bank should recoup the cost with higher interest rates. Owners are much more likely to stick it out if they don't feel the weight of being under water with the principal. This would reduce the number of houses on the market, which will bring prices up again.

Jun 1st 2010 9:35AM The references were to pay homage to their inpirations. Lost is now an inspiration to many directors and producers and has already changed television. There were several shows developed with supernatural or scifi settings that would never have made it to television if it hadn't been for the success of Lost. Unfortunately, these couldn't match the quality of Lost. Lost, like the movies that inspired it, never lost touch with the characters.

Jan 20th 2010 11:15AM Rubber Soul was definately a great, but angry album. Norwegian Wood should have been on this list. My take on that song is that the singer tourches a girl's room after she doesn't sleep with him. The song "Girl" is another angry song on that album.

Urban opened us up to a lot of criticism by only making it a half game suspension and I think he knows it now. Nobody's perfect. Just tring to Say It Like It Is.
