Cat Behavior - Understanding Felinese {Pawnation OLD}

Mar 2nd 2011 9:48AM You're lucky it's ONLY your eyebrows! I get the full grooming session....neck, ears, face and hair! There are some mornings I wake and look like Medusa in the morning from all that grooming! Sometimes he will lay with his tummy on my head to lick my neck, purring all the while...he is so sweet! But it is sometimes hazardous when the "kneading" of his paws begin - he does that when he is happy, but those little claws are sharp!

Long-Distance Running Cat Has Personal Trainer {Pawnation OLD}

Mar 1st 2011 2:17PM If my cat ran with me, he would lap me several times! Binx is a speed demon!

Parents Try to Scare Daughter With Trip to Police, but They're the Ones Busted {ParentDish}

Feb 24th 2011 11:29PM It might have been a better idea to call ahead and ask the police and explain their problem and ask if they would help.......just sayin'.

Opinion: What's Up With All These Out-of-Control, Bullying Parents? {ParentDish}

Feb 24th 2011 11:09PM Then, by your definition, teaching a child that there are negative consequences for bad behavior is bullying? My parents called it "HOME TRAINING", something that obviously isn't being done near enough! Families are NOT democracies! As the parent, you MUST DICTATE acceptable behavior, and punish for repeated bad behavior. I would bet it wasn't only ONE TIME these kids did this particular thing, either. A parent MUST PARENT! Sorry, but that means disciplining your child! And BTW, even if you don't agree with my point of view, I will not call you names or tell you that you need to take a parenting class......

SmackDown: Would You Publicly Punish Your Child? {ParentDish}

Feb 22nd 2011 4:45PM A little well deserved humiliation never hurt anyone! A person that has wronged someone or has no motivation in his ONLY job (school!) can USE a small, healthy dose of humiliation! Trusting that this mother has in fact done all she could do for her son to help him achieve, I believe this was an appropriate step. One of our major problems now is that people NEVER want to accept blame for anything. Negative actions deserve negative consequences!!!!

Ask the AKC Animal Behaviorist: How Can I Help My Co-dependent Canine? {Pawnation OLD}

Feb 22nd 2011 9:02AM Just went through that myself, Anita. I had to have my Eskie Yoshi put down, God bless him :( My cat Binx looked for him for weeks, and cried for him....it about broke my heart! Binx found Yoshi's collar and dragged it to where he sleeps, and took it with him from place to place for about a month and a half. He eventually stopped doing this, and has accepted Yoshi is gone, but it was a tough time. Bless everyone that has lost a furry child.

Guest Says Bed Bugs Attacked Her at Waldorf-Astoria Hotel {AOL Travel News}

Oct 8th 2010 8:48AM You are staying at one of the nastiest motels in Panama City, and wonder why you have bed bugs? In the Valu Lodge, if ALL you get are bed bugs, consider yourself fortunate!

Has WE Re-upped 'Sextuplets' for Another Season? {PopEater}

Sep 22nd 2010 7:35PM It was no surprise that Bryan was arrested for a domestic related incident - he has always shown that side of him lurking just beneath the surface. He is rude, cruel, selfish, childish, insecure, lazy, chauvanistic - just an all around jerk! I do not see how Jenny has stayed with him this long. That man needs serious help - but even with therapy he has so many major character flaws he would not be fit to be a husband/father to his family. The kids and Jenny are great. They certainly deserve better than Bryan.

Seven Best Ghost and Paranormal Shows {AOL TV}

Sep 4th 2010 9:08PM Jason on Ghost Hunters is too egotistical. Grant falls all over himself trying to agree with/kiss up to him. Steve is cool. as for Ghost Adventures, it was great in the beginning, the dear Zac got WAY too full of himself. I look forward to seeing what muscle-showing thuggish clown ensemble he will be wearing. I do like Paranormal State, however. They take people's claims at face value, investigate it thoroughly. That psychic Chip is great!
