Family Dog Attacks Young Girl -- Twice {Pawnation OLD}

Aug 13th 2009 8:45PM The dog attacked the baby twice? I dont care if she Crawled to close to it's food, touched it's ears, startled it, no matter- thats a bad dog and needs to be put down, period! My kids have played in the dog food and sat on the dogs you name it, when the dog tires of the child they have the option to get up and walk away- never once did any of our dogs react with agression toward a child. To many nice trust worthy dogs in the world we dont need agressors.

Breast-Feeders of the World, Unite! {Lemondrop}

Aug 10th 2009 3:53PM I totally agree! We are a modest family- I breast fed but I did not expose myself- I covered with a blanket or cloth. I will not accept other people forcing thier "openness" onto my family in public- it really ticks me off.
While were at it, I dont care how cute you think your rear end is gal's do not wear a thong style swim suit in public either. My children have a right to "public area's" without being exposed to partial nudity. Please, be considderate of those of us that dont share your free and easy views.

PETA Unhappy Meals Targeting Kids {Slashfood}

Aug 7th 2009 6:52PM Ya know, these people just go to far, they are really sick- in need of mental help kind of sick. As a parent I'd be beyond angry if my child was handed one of these things outside the McD's. In fact, it's not outside the box to assume I might file a McLawsuit... Dont mess with our kids, these are nothing less than demented acts of psychological abuse against children. Better never be MY CHILDREN!

No Use Crying Over Spilled Beer Diplomacy {Politics Daily}

Aug 2nd 2009 4:34AM No way? The same thing happened to me! What a small world. You should have called the mayor with a complaint, I did... They fire police that question white people breaking into houses you know.

I love your screen name BTW... When you say "Uncle Barry chose his side" what exactly did you mean? Did you mean that he sided with a personal friend prior to hearing the facts? Which he did. Maybe that he sided with a fellow black man prior to hearing the facts? Which he also did. No matter, either way, I would tend to agree with you : ) In this instance at least Obama showed nothing less than prejudice. I'm pretty disapointed, so glad I didn't vote for him, Lol...

Ugliest Dog in England Can't Find a Home {Pawnation OLD}

Aug 2nd 2009 3:08AM Poor little guy : ( He just wants to be loved and have a forever home. He has to feel rejected beyond belief. Thats such a shame. I hope some wonderful soul looking for a new best friend happens into the Shelter first thing in the morning. I wish he were anywhere near me. I also wish they hadn't put the part in about his monitary value- he needs to be loved not exploited.
Good Luck ET.

White House Life is 'Wonderful,' Says First Grandma {ParentDish}

Jul 24th 2009 1:07PM Horrible comments on there this fine friday morning folks. I was thrilled to hear that Grandma was moving in- the way the Obama's run their personal lives impresses me, though I did not vote for them I do admire them. Some comments mention that no other first Grandmothers have live there and children were raised. Well true- and look at what a mess it was for the family unit- Bushes Girls Hello! I grew up split between a Multi generational family and my parents- I loved being with my Grandparents in that tiny crowded house full of love and help and guidance. I feel sad for my children because though my mother did live with us for a few years she passed away young and my children are lacking that close Grandma attention and the weath of knowledge our seniors have to offer. Grandparents are also better at remaining calm and keeping it real. I hope my children never leave home : )

Spoiled brat not happy with his 16th birthday present {WalletPop}

Jul 8th 2009 3:41AM All I have to say is Mom and Dad need a therapist. Kids dont turn out that way for no good reason. That's a kid that is vulnerable to his peers, shamed by his parents and lacks the skills to deal with his raw emotions.
Why would they spend $200 to shame their child? How sick is that? As his parents they knew giving him a vehicle in that condition would upset him. They are a vein family (notice their vehicles) they understand vanity/ shame. #1. It makes him a target for ridicule. #2. It sends a message to him that he is less than and undeserving in their eye's... He will forever remember the disapointment and shame that was his 16th Birthday. How do these people sleep nights?
If they thought this humiliation would somehow magically undo their bad parenting and he would suddenly be mature and ready for the job market~ Wrong!

Severely Injured Man Crawls 16 Hours to Get Help {Asylum}

Jun 22nd 2009 10:18PM I was wondering the same thing.?.
If my husband is gone an hour longer than I think he should be I'm in a panic calling everyone we know and than the hospitals. Some people arent that attatched I guess~

Breastfeeding - How Long is Too Long? {ParentDish}

Mar 3rd 2009 6:12PM Sick! These are women who IMHO can not let go of the baby years. This is not metally emotionally healthy for the children.
I breast fed my four children for 6 months to 1 year, there is nothing healthier or more natural. However, as soon as they were on solid food and could drink out of a cup they were done. I still held them and comforted them, comforting though does not require breast feeding.
I hear these women talk about letting the child choose when to end it. No- thats not what nature dictates. A child will do what a child wants to do and is used to doing, we have to set the limits and transition them as mothers. Good Lord even my cat knows that.
