So no, the landlord does not have final say.

Mar 16th 2013 2:57PM Blakely is toast. The landlord simply isn't going to renew his lease. He's not forcing him out early. AND Blakely is going to end up in court because he's not paying the rent his lease requires him to pay.

Feb 23rd 2013 3:02PM The landlord doesn't have to act or withhold actions based on innocence or guilt. It's a business and a business can set the terms of eviction pretty broadly, as long as it's not based on protected classes.
