Mother Admits She Doesn't Love Her Daughter {ParentDish}

Jan 26th 2009 1:14PM Lady...you make me SICK!!!Do you know that? There are a LOT of women that would love to have children but can't for one reason or another.If your daughter were mine,I'd treat her like GOLD!
(my apologize to the Internet cops who frown on typing in all caps since it's considered shouting Online.But I'm truly seething here)
Back on topic:
Ms. Price...you will be extremely lucky if your daughters don't turn to drugs or drinking once they're older.

Did 'Sesame Street' Ruin Generation X, or Save It? {News Bloggers}

Nov 21st 2007 2:26PM OK..first and foremost,I'm a Gen Xer who grew up watching SS. It angers me a LOT when people say that Ernie & Bert are gay! For Pete's sake people,this is a KIDS' show!In 1969 when SS made its' debut the two were friends. Friendship was stressed on the show. NOT homosexuality!
And about that furry red menace who we all know as Elmo. What's the deal with him? He speaks in third person. To me,that's not good for kids. Thankfully my niece who grew up watching Elmo on SS talks normal. (then again she's 7)
And while I'm on the subject of Elmo,he hogs up about half the show!Back when I was a kid,the WHOLE SHOW was devoted to learning letters, numbers & on the street scenes.
Thank you.

French mom offers 40 reasons not to have kids {That's Fit}

Aug 28th 2007 1:44PM To Louise (poster #11):
I feel your pain. I also can't have kids due to infertility. I have 2 nieces that live pretty far from me ,and I only see them every so often.It hurts to know I'll never be able to have kids. I last saw them in July,and when I got home,I cried because I missed them.
To everyone else: OK...so there are down sides like kids getting whiny or sick..But to see a baby's smile or to get a hug & an "I love you!" from an older kid makes it all worthwhile to have kids.

Sleepy Baby {AOL Video Blog}

Apr 20th 2007 1:06PM I have to agree with the very first poster who commented.In the world today,it's pretty unsafe to put your kid on the Internet.Yes...the baby was cute.But she should have been videotaped for the parents' family & friends ONLY.
