UPS vs. FedEx: Battle of the Brands {BloggingStocks}

Apr 26th 2007 1:20PM UPS service is night and day in comparison to FedEx. My ups driver is friendly, professional, polite, and efficient. SO much so that I offered him a job, to my dismay and surprise I found that he made almost $27 an hour with a full medical and pension plan (unfortunately I was unable to match). So I offer my respect for UPS for retaining, and compensating accordingly the top- professionals in this business.

FedEx you never know, the drivers change all the time, and they often ask me or my employees for directions wasting our time. I have ask all my suppliers to ship UPS when possible because over time they have proven their reliability and professionalism far exceeds that of FedEx.
