'Avengers,' Han Solo and Linda Hamilton: The 10 Biggest Stories of Comic-Con 2010 {Moviefone Blog}
Jul 27th 2010 10:44AM The Walking Dead is actually a book that takes place in ATLANTA, not Los Angeles. They are filming in Atlanta because the book TAKES PLACE in Altanta. Check your facts before you publish articles.
Also, I was at the panel. The guy was angry because they were filming in Atlanta, not Los Angeles. He was complaining about how he lives in Los Angeles and is out of work [along with a lot of other people who work on production crews] b/c a lot of companies are using locations/crews outside of the Los Angeles area.
Subway wants your breakfast business {WalletPop}
Nov 16th 2009 12:51PM breakfast? not bad. but that means they will need to start selling coffee to go with it.
...it's only a matter of time before they are making $5 lattes to compete with starbucks.

KFC's veggie sandwich isn't quite so meat-free {Slashfood}
Jul 24th 2008 10:14PM being vegan, i won't step foot into a kfc. nor do i eat out many places.. unless it's subway [or any other fast food place where they prepare food as i am ordering it] or a vegan/vegetarian resturant. i usually prepare meals myself or by vegan stuff that is certified vegan.
it's my choice. you don't have to agree with it. all you can do is respect it. just as i will respect you eating a dead animal carcass and drink cow puss. "/
the option came a long after much campaigning from peta activists. actually, they weren't even campaigning to get a vegetarian option on the menu. it was for a more moral way of killing the chickens and for a better environment for them to live in. do you know how disgusting these killing factories are? more importantly, the people doing the killings. on video, they have them urinating on the live chickens, sexually fingering them, boiling them a live.
yay! let's go out and eat a chicken that was sexually molested before it was killed! appetizing? i think not.
anyways they [peta] won. and now kfc also has the vegetarian option for people who choose to eat it.
i mean, it's not a horribly bad idea. vegetarians do have friends, significant others, family, ect that do enjoy meat -- especially kfc. and hey, that is their right, other people can eat whatever the hell they want. but kfc is broadening their menus for those vegetarians that also wish to eat out other those friends, family, and others.
Annoying Restaurant Trends {AOL Food Blog}
Feb 1st 2008 5:25PM i work as a barista.. you know serving coffee / making lattes. you think waiting on some people is annoying? try this job. try calling a drink at the end of the bar 4 times, to still not have the person hear it and complain that it took so long. it gets busy. with otehr drinks to make lined up.. we don't have time to take the drink, walk it over to the other side of the store [where you can clearly hear us call it] and deliver it to you personally because you are either lazy or don't listen. also, when we call the drink in your face... and you ask "is this one mine?" how the hell do i know! i just make them after the cup is given to me. if the drink i am calling is then one you ordered, then probably yes. but dont take a drink after i call it, you know what it is, take a sip, then say "this isn't mine". uh duhhh. so annoying.
oh and... get off your cell phone for 3 minutes of your life and then go up to the register. i hate when people do that then act like i'm rude for tryin to do my job.
171 Starbucks in One Day {AOL Video Blog}
Jul 23rd 2007 4:09PM oh and mary ellen.. i don't know where you get that info about starbucks not supporting the troops. our store, in northern philly, supports the troops. the past month we have been collecting donations of coffee beans to send to troops over seas.. as doing other stuff.. and we are actively supporting our communities through fundraisers, donating products, community clean-ups, etc.
171 Starbucks in One Day {AOL Video Blog}

Guess who the lowest paid network anchor is {AOL TV}
Jul 17th 2007 11:19AM yeah it may be a lot of money... but just think.... you can go home, go out to dinner, go shopping, go on a family vacation -- all without any body bothering you --- these people can't go out in the public eye with out being hassled by paparazzi, fans, and crazy people who won't leave them a lone and realize they are just normal people like us.
so if you were in their posistion you would probably need that big pay check so you can make sure to have everything you need going on in your own private atmosphere, like your home, because god forbid you decide to go out somewhere, like on a family vacation.. it makes the freaking headline news.
