I agree with both your posts 100%. How anybody can spend $100,000 or more to buy a house in an HOA community without knowing, understanding, and agreeing to the community rules is mind-bogglng.

By the way, folks - your board is made up of homeowners. Go to the meetings and try to get the rules changed - or run for the board! That way you can be part of the decision-making process so you won't have to feel like a "victim".

First, Clay Aiken was not 2nd runner up. He was 1st runner up. He lost in the finals to Ruben Studdard.

Second, Adam Lambert had made it known at least a week before the event, via Twitter, that he would not be appearing. That would have been before the finale rehearsals started. You must be getting your "insider" news info from AOL. Bad idea.
