Mar 24th 2011 7:11PM I agree with some of the Comments. My Wife is 108lbs and overwieght people don't say "You're Thin" they say "You're Skinny, don't you eat?". She eats quite well but also Rides an Exercise Bike at home and lifts weights without any pushing from me.
(Heck she's 108 what am I going to say?) I don't even want to give you her age because then I'll bust myself :-)

If one is Fat don't criticize the Correctly Sized Person to make one self feel better. My Wife doesn't call out Fat People and say "Whoa, Herds on the Move".

Omega 3 and Omega 6 Imbalance contributes alot to this issue. We eat so much Wheat and Corn it causes Inflammation which helps lead to Obeisity, and virtually every other Kind of Ailment.

Get more Omega 3's, Fish Oil, Flax Seed, Krill Oil. Schiff makes Krill oil you can get at Costco. Nature Made Brand Fish Oil is from all Wild Fish, (I checked). It's an easy thing to do and might make a big difference to take these items and cut back on Bread, Chips, Bagels etc. Especially at night. "No White At Night". Eat some Almonds, Cashews, or other nuts with a big glass of Lemon Water to stave off Evening Munchies. O.K. sorry didn't mean to write Novella. Good Luck whatever your situation.

it was in a much more rowdy way. I am not a Fan of the Cowboys Team but

Kidding aside, Humility comes and he's embraced it. It makes him more likeable. Too bad Don King didn't stash some of that Money in an Account Mike couldn't touch and gave him to him when he grew up. Like now.

Of course that's ridiculous, that isn't Don King. But that's another story. Mike you are 44. It's not over. Foreman didn't make the mistakes you made but he reinvented himself in his 40's and he lives quite well now. There are a lot of differences and he can't take exactly the same path but if he has his Health there is still time. (And hang on to the Humility, just clean it up a little :-)
