The Power of Names: Do They Really Define You? {MyDaily}
Mar 26th 2011 10:40AM So far I have lived in Hartford, Plainville, Simsbury, Exeter, Arlington, Detroit, Florissant, Manchester, East Hartford, Glastonbury, Boston, Reading, Derry, and Haverhill. I chose Florissant a long time ago because I could buy a good home for $25,000 in a good neighborhood with a good school system, and "F' isn't my first initial, anyway.

Of the three listed without job counts, one raises horses, one severely criticized the stimulus, then took on a fully stimulus-funded job, and the third owns a health food restaurant. Only one had a possibly important impact, the one who “played a role” in building “as many as” 60 companies. The common thread to their advice is to reduce taxes for small businesses, an issue upon which they should recuse themselves. What this country needs is a new Henry Ford who will generate large numbers of jobs for average Americans.

Dec 27th 2010 9:38PM This selection illustrates convincingly that the term "celebrity" has been watered down to zilch. Time was when celebrities had some high level of talent or benefitted humanity. Not now, not today - and those who promote this trend will find their credibility rounding off to zilch.

Here's a statement I once saw that proves the point: "Who would ever like guess that like the word 'like' would like become the most like popular word in the English like language?"
