I once went on a call where this customer complained histerically about the repair bill, (im lower priced than most competitors) and yelled profusely at me. Then I noticed he had just bought a new Lexus. I was taking away some of his "entitlement to live rich" money and interfering with his lifestyle. Dare I take any money from him. Unfortunately too many people feel entitled to live well beyond their means and take it out on others.

Oct 26th 2009 4:03PM So we all say we dont need government controls and regulation. When man has proved he can act morally in business, then we can operate without government laws and controls.

Since man cant drive a car on the roads responsibly, example, we must speed and run stop signs, therefore we have laws to keep us in line., same goes for business.
