If you have war related or normal medicals problems and try to get insurance, forget about.
You might be able to get some type of health insurancce but the cost is around 40% of your monthly income. With a $3000 plus deductible.

I live a few miles from Fort Jackson, SC. You should hear the horror stores our vets tell about getting medical help.

Nov 7th 2009 5:22PM One catch? Many companies want only college grads with a MS. I worked in the civil engineering field for over 45 years. I was not a college grad, but worked my way up to design highway, and be a project engineer. Today you can't do this. The last company I worked for wanted to hire only college grads with MS degrees. I asked them who were going to do the work? The college grads are smart when it comes to making bar graphs, calling meetings, writing letters, playing games on the computers etc. But don't know the first thing about highways design, or preparing a set of plans. This is the same in mmany other fields.
Lot book sense, but no common sense.
