Dec 15th 2010 5:29PM Children are NOT buying the Happy Meal, free thinking parents buy them. Even if they are under pressure from the child to do so. This is America where we can buy whatever we want in as much quantity we want regardless of what the results in calories are. What about BK or Wendy's, they have toys in their kids meals? Are they named in this Lawsuit? Let's label the Center for Science in the Public Interest a terrorist organization, they are extorting money from a major corporation that has had toys in their kids meals for 25 YEARS. Plus the toys are availible for purchase seperate from the food for $1.00. Buy the toy, not the food, case closed.

If he was a midget, and she said he was the only midget working there, would that be wrong? It was a description and she thought it would be helpful if also pointed out that he was the only midget er I mean black guy in the building where he was killing people, apparently white people. So doesn't that make him racist? It could be worse if she was from the southern USA, the describing words may have been "colorful".
