15 Most Hated Companies in America {AOL Jobs}
Jan 7th 2011 3:33PM Nobody makes you sign their contracts. You sign their contracts because you want a free or discounted phone. YOU agree to their contracts, they don't force you to. There are plenty of pre-paid options and no contract companies out there, so quit complaining!
Walmart goes small for cities {WalletPop}
Sep 22nd 2010 1:06PM You'd rather go to Target? I hate to break it to you, but Tar-zhay sells the same identical "crap" that's made in China, usually at a slightly higher price than Walmart. Everyone complains about having things made in China, but I think most of you would have a fit if you're $10 Walmart jeans all of the sudden went up to $30 because they were made by overpaid unionized American workers. I'm a small business owner and I'm tired of people whining about Walmart. If people want quality, and are willing to pay for it, they know where to find it. Nobody forces you to shop at Walmart, nobody is forced to work at Walmart.

Aug 6th 2009 8:51PM Uh, Rick... have you even taken the time to listen to just 1 or 2 sermons from any of these people? Where were you when these people were just starting their ministry 20+ years ago? Creflo Dollar started in a school cafeteria with 8 people attending! They have all worked quite a bit more than this biased article makes it appear. These ministers preach that anyone can have over-flowing prosperity in their lives! Senator Grassley is a Baptist who has had a grudge against these ministers and the Word-of-Faith movement, thus the reason he is opening up an "investigation". I used to be on the other side of the fence. Even as a Christian, I thought these people were "crooks" too at one point. But now that I've listened to them, I've found I was very misled.
$77 billion more to bail out bankrupt GM? {Daily Finance}

I do not doubt that unionized workers did their job faithfully, however, because of the ridiculous wages they paid their factory workers ($100/hour!) they were forced to cheapen their parts to even have the possibility of making a profit. (Even after they retire, the workers get $80/hour for practically the rest of their life!) Not only that, but they had to compete with Honda and Toyota, who are known for their long lasting, fuel-efficient cars.
9-Year-Old Accused of Dealing Cough Drop Drugs {ParentDish}

In 5th grade I had a particularly awful teacher, who was just transferred from the high school (most all of us absolutely HATED her). You could literally classify her as being verbally abusive and have us taken away from her if we were her children. One day while waiting in line for lunch, I whispered to my friend "She's such a b****." Sure enough the kid that everyone thought was a pain in the a**, and happened to b the pet and best friend of the awful teacher I was talking about, was nosing in on our conversation, and told her after lunch. This teacher then pulled me out of spanish class the next day, and took me back to homeroom to "talk" to me. She then bullied me, and basically told me I should be ashamed of myself to say such a thing, and said I had to tell me parents or else she would herself and the principle. Being the dumb 10 year old I was, I finally ended up telling my parents, bawling while I did so, and my dad (who is a preacher) almost laughed, and basically said it was BS, and now that I look back at it, I realize she was only doing it to torment me for her humor. I seriously think we need to thoroughly examine teachers before they're hired and ridiculously overpaid (BY CHILDREN"S PARENTS!), and no one should get tenor. If you are a good teacher, you won't need to be worried about losing your job. Either that or we shold have parents of the school district vote in the teachers every two years.

Yeah, sure, the healthcare will be "free". But do you know how long he will likely be waiting to get his medical care? Did you ever realize that the people there pay the equivalent of $9-$10 (which I'm sure is at least 1/4 taxes) for a gallon of gas?! People hardly ever use cars! They ride their bikes to the market everyday! Get smart and realize that NOTHING is "free". Taxes are very heavy (much worse than ours) in socialized countries.
Obama girls to appear on Hannah Montana {ParentDish}
Nov 15th 2008 4:10PM I COMPLETELY agree. I will not have my child even watching that whore's tv show. And it's not like they don't know what she does off set, kids pay attention to the news too. It really is a shame that Disney Channel has gone down the tubes.
