The truth is the sun's solar capacitor could discharge at any time upon the approach of a foreign object into the solar system. Even an asteroid could interact electrically with the sun and planets discharging the sun's solar capacitor and in turn gather energy and momentum turning into a comet. That comet would then affect the earth's electrical and magnetic fields and induce severe weather, volcanoes and earthquakes. This has happened many times in mankind's history as Velikovsky articulated.

Too bad mainstream science chose to place Karl Sagan on the altar of astronomy and cosmology instead of Velikovsky or Tesla. The truth is the social fabric constructed by aggregated wealth has force fed bad science onto the public in order to monopolize the price and use of fossil fuels in lieu of the freely available electrical fields from the sun on earth as Tesla proved repeatedly. Bad science dictates general ignorance of the masses to preserve the wealth and power structures of aggregated wealth.
