She demonstrates on the show that HER MOM DOES HER HOMEWORK, so now she wants to blame ABC for the fact that she is no longer an "honor student"? She never was to begin with. Her mom was, and I can't figure that one out, because she seems like a real dolt herself.

This poor thing is operating under HUGE delusion. She's moderately attractive, nothing special, has a lisp, no personality, not much in the brains department and no integrity. I don't know what beauty pageants in hell she's been winning, but I shake my head in amazement. I guess you'd have to see the other contestants! She's all fake blonde hair and lots of makeup. Honestly, the only place I see her "looks" taking her is stripping, porn or some religoid channel, praising God.

Good luck, toots. But I would place my money on a 100-1 shot before I'd place it on you having success with your frivoulous lawsuit.

Oh, and the parents are FUGLY!!!!! Especially the dad.

Trixie got a little too drunk, started dancing about like a possessed pixie and down came the tent. Why would anyone think it wouldn't be real? Who would pay all the money to film this, which it WOULD cost money, and for what? A few seconds on Youtube? Nope, this thing is real. Sucks to be her that day, fo sho.

Since neither I nor the author of this article knew Chris Farley, and David Spade (not to mention his own brother, Tom) did, it's certainly not up to us to decide whether he would or would not want his likeness to be used in an advertising campaign, regardless of the nature, postmortem. Especially with the one for the treatment for drug and alcohol addiction. What better likeness to use than someone who died from this disease? Would it be better to use some actor or model in the ads that is healthy, happy and not suffering from this? Or a public figure that died from it? Since his family and friends are the ones that truly suffered from his passing in the most personal way, I think the ball should be in their court and not the court of public opinion.
