Jun 12th 2007 7:33AM To see how far the NCAA/CBS agreement goes, notice when CBS Sportsline starts fantasy college football again - they won't use Brian Brohm, they will use "Louisville QBs" within the games they host.

The players are easly defined as public figures, as are their stats, but somehow the NCAA gets CBS to use this thin veil to the fantasy world and I assume distance themselves from the gambling part of fantasy sports?

A few colleagues of mine in the fantasy college football space have received cease and desist orders from the NCAA, but they have all been thrown out.

Mainstream media and the NCAA - deep down the rabbit hole together.
