Sep 20th 2010 7:06PM An addiction is a disease. I don't think that jail is going to do her (or anybody else) any good. I think the best thing for her would be to send her to a REAL rehab (and, not a five star resort in disguise as a rehab,) and keep her there for the full time that she is supposed to be there. They were not doing her any favours by releasing her early.
