Oct 26th 2010 3:00AM Since this was at a family function and the parents were there it is really none of the schools biz. It wasn't a bunch of kids at a wild party with no supervision. If a parent orders a drink at a resturant and gives to the teen it is legal in most states that I know of. A lot of familys may consume wine with their meal. Someone under age can not purchase , but a legal parent can for their child only, no one else's. So I would also be confronting the school big time.
