Should ALL forms of entertainment, body care or luxury items be taxed to sh*t?

Consenting adults engaging in physical activity together isn't harmful or costly (think national health care) like smoking, drinking or even soda pop drinking.

So, WHY tax the sh*t out of it...exactly???
