No one ever said that humans evolved from modern apes or monkeys. the "theory" states that humans, monkeys, and apes, evolved from a common ancestor. However, if you cannot wrap you head around this, perhaps, you should should consider a "monastic lifestyle" so as to spare future generations of humans from your "bad genetic makeup". Or you could just kill yourself prior to reprducing. Ok? Ok!
