Oct 20th 2010 2:58PM I do not have family on my facebook nor do I try to add family. I have a 20 yr old son, If I want to know whats going on in his life I ask. I do not have him as a friend on facebook. Its not my business. As for other family, I do not because I use my FB for political networking and my family thinks differently then I do and I do not like to be lectured

May 11th 2010 5:55PM I am a Conservative Atheist as Chuck Mentioned. However I believe that Cross should remain as part of the Memorial. I respect Under God in the Pledge, I respect the National Day of Prayer, I respect crosses for the fallen. I know what this country was founded on. I believe in the Constitution. No where in the Constitution does Separation of Church and State exist. That was in a letter Jefferson wrote. The only mention in the Constitution is Govt shall make no law "respecting an establishment of religion", or impeding the free exercise of religion, It doesnt say freedom from religion. Allowing a Cross does not mean the Govt endorses a religion. People who are offended by this really need to seek professional help because they obviously have real mental issues. Most Atheists are like me. there is the fringe who do what they do, and its never about Religion anyways, its about Control and the need to feel important they have pathetic little existences. So I suggest they seek help

Apr 15th 2010 1:35PM Road trip.. This year we are heading to Wisconsin for a reunion and gonna see the sites on the way like going to Ole's Big Game Restaurant and sit next to the polar bear.
In Wisconsin going to stay in 3 parts of the state and going to spend time at the reunion and then the Wisconsin Dells to enjoy a few days of waterparks and Magi Quest battling Dragons.. Then off to Colby and get lots of cheese at the Factory. Then heading to Mount Rushmore.. Then possibly Yellowstone not sure as of yet.. Gonna play it by ear. Just getting in the car and driving about 6000 miles and see where it takes us. Would love to be able to video tape the whole thing

Hollywood is making to many remakes and then messing them up. You cant take a movie that was a cult classic and expect it to succeed. I still cant believe they are remaking Red Sonya and Rocky Horror Picture Show as well as so many more movies. Its a joke. Thats why I started boycotting hollywood about 10 yrs ago.

Mar 15th 2010 2:02PM I think part of its appeal is, that it makes it cool is the struggles of the jocks and the geeks. They all have the same struggles and are alike if they just give each other a chance. Kinda like Disney's High School Musical.
Do what your heart desires and dont let the fact it might not be cool or others dont like it hold you back.

I think also the underlying theme is Music has no boundaries. Music crosses all lines ie race, social status, sexuality and other lines. Music brings people together.

It also shows the difference between acceptance and rejection on someones self esteem. You can be rejected somewhere but there is someone who will accept and love and encourage you.

I love the show as i can watch it with anyone of any age. Its clean, fun and quirky.
