Feb 18th 2011 6:29PM Bought a bullet years ago. Use it every week. It has never failed me. I have all kinds of high end gadgets, mixers and processors, etc. and I can safely say that the bullet has paid for itself many times over. It is compact so it doesnt take up much space. It is great for the smaller jobs that you would not want to pull out a larger appliance for.

May 30th 2010 6:35AM I have white speckled tile throughout my downstairs. I purchased the original steamer years ago. After using it on my floors ( I usually change the pad for each room) I found my floors cleaner and I can save a lot of time. Because the floors are white, I usually sprits it in the high traffic area with Clorox bleach cleaner. Over the years I have used mechanical floor scrubbers which tend to leave too much water after the unit sucks it up, every type of mop, etc and I swear by the steamer. Now that they have the new unit which has larger heads and pads, I look forward to purchasing it. The older unit still works perfectly after all these years. Personally, I give it 5 stars for saving my back!
