Mix champagne and grapefruit juice. It tastes so much better than a mimosa.

Protein: Your top 10 healthy choices {That's Fit}
Aug 20th 2007 1:05AM Tofu is not the best thing to eat because it has lots of plant estrogens, which pass into the bloodstream. You will be getting more estrogen in your bloodstream.We now know that estrogen can cause cancer, not just stimulate existing cancer cells. People are eating soy,soy, soy and they are bombarding their bodies with estrogen. Little boy body builders are growing breasts because they are eating soy protein all day long. If a woman eats soy to get estrogen, she is better off with primarin because then at least she knows how many mg she is actually getting! But, we also know that premarin is associated with breast cancer. It is not nice to fool mother nature. I do not eat soy at all and I used to eat it all the time. It is marketing, marketing, marketing that is making us think soy is healthier than other sources of protein. People, be careful.

Aug 18th 2007 11:59AM My son, Sloan Clark, is a State Farm Agent in Fort Worth, and he takes his dog to work. They also have a sign on the door that says No Cash On Premises Dog Inside. This gives a comfort level to the folks who work there.

Jan 29th 2007 5:58PM I think Pantene is a great product and it is simply not true that it coats your hair with wax. Why would a multi-million dollar company settle for a bad product and then put their name on it?? What is tricky about hair is the products have to be used on the customer's hair, and that customer may have oily hair, treated hair, fine hair, coarse hair, curly hair and so on. There is no one product from any one brand that is a perfect product for everyone. I do not think it is right to criticize a whole brand like that. Pantene is a great product and has great research.
Have you tried Miso? {That's Fit}
Dec 12th 2006 4:39PM Yeah? Well, an oncologist told me that people who have had cancer, or who are hormone receptive in their cells, should NOT take soy products. It seems to be in everything!! No one has ever proven it, but it is common knowledge that the estrogen hormone in the soy gets into the blood stream. So, if you have a cancerous cell that is hormone receptive, the estro goes in and acts like fertilizer.
