Dec 2nd 2011 12:49AM Ridiculous. Bad food cannot kill this quick. The fact that the man had a heart attack and died simply supports the fact that his nausea was one of the early symptoms of the heart attack - it had nothing to do with what he ate.

If everyone on the flight who ate what he did got sick, then it would follow that there was something wrong with the food. Apparently no one else did.

Filing suit against the airline should backfire on this family. They should be sued for the costs that their emergency landing incurred and for all of the inconvenience that they caused to everyone else on the plane.

Jul 11th 2011 7:54PM I earned 250,000 miles flying on Delta for 20 years, before the company I worked for went bankrupt and I became unemployed. I thought that some day I could at least take my wife on a nice vacation with that. But, Delta then decided that I had to pay them to keep the miles, which I could not do. So to celebrate my loyalty, they took them away from me.
