We all go outside and inhale deadly fumes from cars, trucks and buses that can kill us in under 5 minutes in a confined space like and apartment or garage. The toxicity level from auto emissions is THOUSANDS of times greater than toxicity level from a cigarette, pipe or cigar. The Nazi's did not extinguish the Jews using second hand cigarette smoke__they did it using exhaust emissions___the same exact exhaust emissions that we are all breathing in every day of our life..

It also greatly reduces the chances of a fire when no one is home or at night when you are asleep. Electric short fires occur every day of the week. Not mentioned above, but the microwave oven and TV should be unplugged also. Forget about Money and Think SAFETY and how horrible it is to burn to death when sleeping.

The key word in the Constitution is UNREASONABLE. Everyone searched should file a lawsuit against the government because it is UNREASONABLE to search people AFTER they get off a domestic train or plane. If is also totally UNREASONABLE to think that a bomb or weapon is required to destroy a train and kill passengers.
There are thousands of miles of Unsecured and Unprotected train track. There are hundreds of ways anyone could derail a train along any higher speed section of rail line when the train is traveling in excess of 80MPH and derailing a train would do far more damage and kill more people than any bomb inside the train could do.

The states with the highest taxes have a far better business climate and far more businesses headquartered in those higher tax states. The high tax states of NJ NY CT also have lower unemployment rates and far less bank failures. The state with the lower taxes have far less businesses in those states and in they have far less corporation headquarters located in their states and they have far more bank failures than most states have..
If all it took was low taxes____Florida and Nevada would not have a higher percentage of vacant foreclosed homes than either NJ, NY, or CT. The populations of Nevada, Wyoming, Alaska, S. Dakota all added together do not equal the population in NYC So even with low taxes no one wants to live in those state. The entire population of Alaska in 10 times lower than the population in Houston

Feb 1st 2011 8:37AM Amazing how so many people can see the same video and all get it wrong. The story is also wrong. The Ferrari driver DID NOT cause the accident. Look at the video again.
The Ferrari drive was going straight down the roadway when the pickup truck came out of the side street located on the right side of the Ferrari driver and the F150 pickup truck hit the Ferrari and pushed it across the road in towards on-coming traffic. Look at the video again and note the cars coming of of the side street on the right side of the Ferrari.
If the pickup driver is at fault___he better have plenty of Property Damage insurance or he will be paying for the rest of his life.

Jan 22nd 2011 6:29PM A much larger and more serious concern is will the door locks open in a serious accident or will they stay in the locked position if the battery or battery cables are damaged i a serious accident? If on-scene rescuers cannot got a trapped motorist out fast it could make the difference between life and death. An injured driver in a car starting to smolder may not be able to unlock the door themself and on-scene help may not be able to open the door either. That is more of a concern than someone stealing your car.

Jan 20th 2011 1:06AM The news article stated that "about 1,400 of them were made". How does anyone know for sure that it is the same exact one____ since 1,400 were made?
Unless there are serial numbers on all 1,400 that were made____or a unique carving on it I wonder if or how the museum can actually prove beyond a reasonable doubt it is the same exact gun that was taken from them.
Since about 1,400 were actually made___the one her father had could very easily been a different one than the one stolen from the museum.

Jan 14th 2011 12:44AM I think it would be a good idea___ IF and only IF___ if it worked both ways and a parent team was selected to also do random drug testing of the Board of Education members, principals, administrators and teachers, school coaches and other employees at random also. They should be leading by Example and the best example is that they also subject themselves to the same level of random drug testing.
