Meghan McCain's Boobs -- What Can They Tell Us? {Asylum}

Jun 25th 2009 1:48AM Isn't "talking boobs" a synonym for "Republican Spokespersons?"

Perez Hilton Takes on Will.i.am, Snubs 911 Operators {Asylum}

Jun 23rd 2009 12:50PM Perez Hilton reminds me of the 30s journalism of William Randolph Hearst.

As the wags said back in the day, "A Hearst newspaper is a whore running down the street screaming that her throat has been slashed."

Playboy, Tommy Christopher, and the Lessons of Traditional Journalistic Values {Politics Daily}

Jun 8th 2009 3:00AM I also sent you a request for comment through your web form interface here: http://www.politicsdaily.com/contact/melinda-henneberger

If you did not get my message, perhaps you might check with your IP department to see where these requests are going? You're probably also missing a lot more important communications than mine.

I specifically asked to be included on a distribution list if official comments were made by you or by someone authoritative to comment about it at AOL, so even if you're discounting my request as not being "press" because I have a little tiny blog, it should at least count as a request to corporate.

Stimulus! 'Obama Burgers' Selling Like Hotcakes at Five Guys {Politics Daily}

May 30th 2009 4:27PM "Obama-style" is a great idea that could, with a little tweaking, have wide application. He could help the thousands of wedding planners in California who lost business when Prop 8 was affirmed. It could be the "Obama-Style Gay Commitment and DADT reception."

He wouldn't even have to play gay, because "Obama-style" when applied to the gay community seems to be you say you'll say "I do" but never really actually say it.

Some of these weddings could last for days.

Colin Powell Shoots Back at 'Mr. Limbow' {Politics Daily}

May 24th 2009 4:15PM General Powell is to be commended for the bravery to publicly change his mind. We've marched too many places and to the drumbeat of too many failed ideas and trumped up facts to not see the damage that has caused.

MN Senate: Franken Extends Lead Over Coleman to 312 {Politics Daily}

Apr 8th 2009 1:22AM All the votes do need to be counted, but at some point MN needs second senator more than it needs protection from the possibility that the trend might change.

Huckabee: Voter Supression 'the Lord's Work' {Politics Daily}

Apr 3rd 2009 8:39PM I'm sorry, but this is just plain funny, and I don't think any reasonable person would take him seriously.

Voter suppression is a very serious issue for the right and they have lots of people who do it well through some very Machiavellian methods, like removing "felons" from voter rolls and spreading stories that people will be arrested at polling places.

Publicly encouraging people at a rally to let the air out of other people's tires so they can't get out of their driveways to vote isn't one of them.

Rock Legend Carlos Santana Begs President Obama to Legalize Pot {Politics Daily}

Apr 3rd 2009 4:20PM I can't assess the spirituality of your shower curtain, Glorious, but perhaps you'd like to share your religious and spiritual beliefs. I'm sure if they're at all mainstream, we could have great fun ridiculing their rituals to the point your shower curtain would look like sanity incarnate.

I also know that the rehab centers are full of people whose pushers are their doctors and whose growers are big pharma. When you include all drug use law enforcement has no hold whatsoever. Money always trumps their efforts, its just effected in a different way among the rich and poor.

Its time to rethink this whole mess, and being able to do it in a way that rehab centers replace DEA agents and drug courts seems a good idea to me, because it fixes the whole problem, not just among the lower classes you want to blame.
