That's like assuming that Defense Secretary Gates is a multi-millionaire and related to Bill "Microsoft" Gates. Or am I missing something here?

And in any case, if you think this is a case of "waiting for the company to get big and then sue", you haven't reckoned with how slowly the wheels of justice turn. Just because you're hearing of the lawsuit now, doesn't mean that she didn't start filing it years ago.

Oct 26th 2007 3:18PM "Microsoft pulled the stock market out a slump"? What have you been smoking, dude? One company cannot pull the entire NASDAQ out of a slump. And come to think of it, who said that there IS a slump?

That said, obviously, the title of this blog post was meant in a tongue-in-cheek way (I would LOVE to have as OK a quarter as MSFT did!) so chill already, and stop thinking that if a person supports AAPL they must of necessity hate MSFT, and vice versa.
