great, huge memory usage, works well out of the box, lags on HoTs, buffs and debuffs

Summary
- use what works, there is no right or wrong
- grid plus addons is significantly lighter in weight with regards to memory
- seasoned grid users won't change, it's too easy and familiar to modify
