Feb 18th 2010 11:51AM In my opinion, wearing fur is wrong I am not talking about eating meat or fishing or anything but WEARING FUR. The way these animals are treated and slaughtered is horrific, brutal and unnecessary. I can't understand how anyone with the slightest conscience could support the fur industry. Unfortunately, this is just my preference and I can not force another to feel the way that I do. Fur is nothing but status and vanity. We are not Eskimo's. Yes I put the feelings of animals over my own status and vanity and am proud of it. That is what makes me better than some of you on this blog. Why would anyone cause physical pain to another creature if it isn't absolutely necessary????? It's wrong. You will see.
