This young lady would have probably met a similar fate had she wandered BY HERSELF into most any neighborhood in Southeast or Southwest Washington D.C. Sad but true. There are far more HUMAN predators, than 4 legged ones in this world, to be very afraid of!!

They do what they do in THEIR OWN environment. She should have been with at least ONE other person. This probably would never have happened if that would have been the case.
