May 1st 2008 11:23AM .....this whole deal is laughable......so many of these companies are in such poor shape and treat employees like indentured servants there is no way you would have the same boss or identical situations in the next company. Finally, if you have to wait a year for benefits to kick in the new position, don't accept it and keep lookng for a more positive employer. Cheap employers are their own tonic...
