Oct 27th 2009 10:35AM Same here in Massachusetts Jenny........... doesn't matter if you bought the (usually) defective item less than an hour prior.. no receipt, no exchange, no refund at Walmart. They're also in the same daily habit of taking defective merchandise that's been returned and rotating it right back out to the floor for resale.
