7 Signs You're in a Manipulative Relationship {MyDaily}
Mar 21st 2011 9:25AM Agreed! I am a woman and this article opened my eyes that I have been doing some of this to my husband. I see it now and I want to change it. I don't want to be the reason our marriage fails and if I keep behaving this way one day that could happen. I make all of the arguments his fault in the end and it's not right, he's a great guy who deserves better than that.
7 Signs You're in a Manipulative Relationship {MyDaily}
Mar 21st 2011 8:47AM THANK YOU SOFIE!! :) Just what I was thinking....I actually read this article b/c I thought it pointed out some of my own traits toward my hubby....I don't want to manipulate him, I love him more than the world but some of this behavior sounds like me and it hurts me that I didn't realize it till pointed out. He's a great man who deserves to be treated right. I plan to work on me after this eye opener and I do know I can change b/c of how much I love this man! I do agree with the writer that manipulation is a trait learned at child hood as a means to survival. That really explains me manipulating to get love from my divorced fighting parents. Isn't that more reason to give a chance at change...a child with no love who had to manipulate to get any affection?? That was indeed a means to survival for me, now I see it's not necessary anymore, it's hard after a lifetime of feeling insecure and struggling to get what I needed from my parents. I need to work on myself and get out of the behavior I've always used to get love keep hurt away. I want to make him happy too and if that means changing myself I'll do what it takes to change it! If this behavior is brought to attention and no attempt to change sure "dump the jerk" (or jerkette in my case) but I will change after realizing what I've been doing and if he were to just dump me and not give me a chance to fix it we would have 2 hurting children continuing the cycle of manipulative behavior.

Why Did TSA Pat Down Kids, Adults Getting Off Train? {AOL Travel News}
Mar 1st 2011 10:21AM YEP agreed!! That's what drug addicts do....hide the heroin, coke, crack in the baby's diaper or carseat...why not guns in kids pants! People don't think of how deceiving looks can be! Like American kids don't do bad things even without parental help!? If you pull up school shootings on Wikipedia you'll notice the US has the longest list of school shootings!

Mar 1st 2011 9:39AM EXACTLY!! You said it well!
Why Did TSA Pat Down Kids, Adults Getting Off Train? {AOL Travel News}
Mar 1st 2011 9:33AM Looks like a normal pat down to me.... What is everyone going to think when some innocent looking woman/child/whoever comes off a train or plane or whatever and blows up the building from the exit door or kills some one in the lobby of the station? There is the chance for things to get by so there may need to be the double security of pat downs whether coming or going. I would never hurt anyone but last year I completely accidentally brought 2 pocket knives on plane with me, 4 trips in and out of the airport security and I did not discover them until I got home after the trip....someone else could have had worse and gotten by with it. If something major happens people will complain and ask why everyone is not patted down before and after boarding, people will question why security wasn't more strict. It sucks but we have people who want to hurt us and our country!! They may not be obvious but bad people are out there and I for one do not object to the highest transportation security levels possible no matter how inconvenient it may be or how important the next person thinks they are. I'd rather not be stuck on a plane or train with some lunatic yielding even a pocket knife or worse! Plan time for pat downs folks b/c it's not ending anytime soon! Next trip you might want to thank those guys for attempting to keep us safe and getting nothing but flack for it! ;) Sorry, just my 2 cent....I'm sure a lot of you will disagree.
Steve Irwin's Widow Denies Croc Hunter's Beloved Zoo Is Going Under {PopEater}
Feb 22nd 2011 2:18PM The AOL story link says Erwin's EX....she's a loving widow, not a simple EX. That would hurt to read if it were me.
EZ Cracker Review: It's all that it's cracked up to be .... and more {WalletPop}
Oct 6th 2010 4:06PM I'm with Kimberly on this one, it would be a great tool for someone not as capable as most, whether it be arthritis, or especially a handicapped person who otherwise may never be able to crack an egg. it may be a menial little task to you "Seymore Hiney" but what if you were a 30 year old handicapped person who just wanted to cook their own eggs one day? I wouldn't waste $27 or $11 on this for myself but a friend I had growing up, she'd cherish being able to do that!
