Is Jennifer Aniston the 'Other Woman' Now? {PopEater}

Jun 15th 2011 2:34AM Solomeeo, quite awhile BEFORE Angelina, there was an article in a reputable magazine that implied Brad and Jen were having problems because he wanted kids and after their almost 5 years of marriage, Jen didn't. Jen gave Brad away! And according to all the articles, Angelina and Brad did not do anything sexually until the marriage was over. All the accusations Jen made just were to make everyone feel sorry for her ... and here she is doing worse whether or not this guy was married or just in a long term relationship. They'll be split up within the next few weeks unless she really is more desperate than we think she is.

Tanee Fought Depression and Weight Gain and Lost 170 Pounds {That's Fit}

Jun 11th 2011 2:26PM Actually the depression was probably mostly due to her obesity. I am sure after such a succdessful weight-loss she has become less depressed. Anyone as overweight as she was has to be somewhat depressed.

Good job and may you keep up with the good work! More people should take inspiration from you.

Miracle Baby Born After Being Carried Outside Uterus {ParentDish}

May 27th 2011 6:25PM I am a nurse and this same thing happened to a patient about 35 years ago except we didn't find out until labor. I will never forget it! The baby and mother were fine then too but there are a lot of complications that can happen that I will not get into here.

Fatter Passengers Mean Change in Boat Rules {AOL Travel News}

Apr 6th 2011 12:39AM S Garey, we have to stop with the excuses for fatness! I have never been overweight either, in fact I was the slim girl. I am now in my 60's and have had 3 kids. But I would never eat the food you are blaming companies for producing (giant bacon burgers, milkshakes with bacon, etc.) and neither should anyone else. But there are a lot of over weight people who apparently do. Those foods are unhealthy even for those of us with good weight and health.

My comment about the weight restrictions: we know that for those who fit the weight requirements, I guarantee that there will now be a large rate increase for the tickets/trip, since fewer people will be allowed to board the boats.

7 Foods That Fight Fat {That's Fit}

Apr 1st 2011 5:40PM RC you are not correct! Potatoes have a lot of good nutrition. I am NOT talking about french fries here though! They have no fat or colesterol; have 21% of daily carbs, 20% of daily fiber, 7 g of protein, 48% of daily Vit. C and almost all other vitamins and minerals except Vit. D. If they are not swimming in butter or fried into submission, they are an excellent food source. A Google search will give you even more information!

Overweight Moms, Children Think They're Thinner Than They Really Are, Study Shows {ParentDish}

Mar 25th 2011 10:30AM I also found the article to be mean, but I also think that there were very mean comments by posters here on both sides of the weight issue. I can understand those who are obese being insulted by the article comments but then some of us on the other side tried to give valid advice to losing weight. My concern is more for the kids! If you were obese as a child and continue to be so as an adult and get negative comments, why would you not want to watch your child's diet?

Oh, and by the way to the person who erroneously mentioned that Marilyn Monroe was a larger woman at size 14, that is wrong. To check out her real information you can go to www.snopes.com or just do a Google search. Today she would wear a size 4 or 6, weighed 115 with measurements of 36-24-35.5 and was similar to Johannsen and Beyonce in size/shape.

Overweight Moms, Children Think They're Thinner Than They Really Are, Study Shows {ParentDish}

Mar 24th 2011 8:36PM Tori, 25 pounds is something that many can deal with and certainly doesn't make you obese. Good luck losing that weight!

Now WUFs, you don't apparently qualify for the above note to Tori. You are mean and offensive and it unfortunately must go with the rest of your persona. You have called people names and been extremely ignorant in your comments just because they are NOT obese as you apparently are. It might be time for you to get off of the computer, do a review of what you should be eating (Google search) to get rid of the weight (and the nastiness) and spend about 30 minutes doing a little exercise each day. Maybe if you take the chip off your shoulders, you too can lose some weight. You might be a better person for it; you certainly can't be worse!

Why Are Companies Still So Inflexible With Working Mothers? {ParentDish}

Mar 24th 2011 7:05PM Yes Bill, that may be true to some degree and with some families. But look back at some of those kids who were shooting up schools. Some of those teens had stay-at-home moms and some irresponsible fathers and mothers. There is definitely a positive side to kids seeing both parents working and seeing happy parents. And it is up to both parents to teach the kids respect and responsibilty. I have 3 grown kids (parents themselves) who were wonderful, respectful, responsible kids and both my husband and I worked (we just were careful of our schedules). And we showed love and caring when we were together .. still do!

Why Are Companies Still So Inflexible With Working Mothers? {ParentDish}

Mar 24th 2011 6:42PM Sure they can as long as they work their 8 hours. The issue in the original article was that the writer was supposed to be off work at 5PM. There should be no meetings after that time so that she can't leave as scheduled. She did not have the option of flexible hours or I am sure she would have gone in earlier just in case something happened.

I had flex-hours at my last job and went in at 7am and left at 3:30 or so (often later); it took me at least an hour each way. One night, on the Schuylkill "slow-way" it took me 3.5 hours to get home. I'm glad I didn't have a sitter waiting.

Ms. vs. Miss vs Mrs.: Are Women's Marital Status Titles Obsolete? {MyDaily}

Mar 24th 2011 2:27PM Well, I don't think every woman has to go to get their doctorate but I do not feel that women are defining themselves by using a mundane term such as "Mrs.". Some of you sound like that IS your title and that is all you are. Mrs. should be made obsolete. It is a term developed in the 16th century for reasons that no longer apply. After all, it is 2011, people!.. The most offensive term is Mrs. John Doe or the use of your husband's name as yours, so that it seems you do not exist. "Ms" is an appropriate term to use IF any is used at all. Most of the mail I receive doesn't use a title anymore and just uses first and last names. I'd suggest those who feel that their "title" is Mrs., need to go to school and get a career so that you will be able to care for yourself and your family when and if the need arises.

And for the lady who said she throws all mail away addressing her as "Ms." ... well how silly is that? I hope it's not your mortgage bill!
